Yes, on the Encounter Notes tab in EMR, preferably halfway between the patient information near the top (name/age/gender) and the "Filter" dropdown. A good-sized left arrow and right arrow to go to the previous and next patient respectively. This would be very helpful as we have to look at all the patients to make sure they have an encounter note (consult letter, phone call chart note, etc.), review the encounter notes, etc.
