As a workaround, Items can be unreviewed from the Documents inbox.
Home > Documents > <Review History> Select Date, Provider > Select item to Unreview > <Unreview Selected>
They will then return to the provider's inbox as unread.
The Review History will show all reviewed documents, regardless of where in the program they were 'reviewed' (chart, documents section, home, etc).

Because of the rare nature of unreviewing a document, we find the less accessibility to unreivew leads to less errors in this regard. If there was a right click in virtual chart to unreview, I would like that a second window would give you the option to confirm or cancel the unreview, similar to cancelling and appointment
