Map Immunization Summary to CDM forms

In the form editor, on the Diabetes Chronic Disease flow sheet, they ask for Pneumococcal Vaccine, I Would like a way to map onto Flow Sheets like mapping labs work. I found that we can map Encounter Allergies, Encounter Family History but am not able to find Encounter Immunization, can we please add the ability to map the immunization summary too.

    Users have the ability to map Immunization History to CDM Worksheets. In the CDM mappings, select Vaccine from the dropdown then select the different type of Vaccine. This will allow for a "Date of Last Immunization" to populate in the CDM worksheet.

    for people to use the CDM form we need to be able to map things already in the EMR

    -Mapping the immunization to the CDM would be appreciated -  I realize its only a couple of click to find it on the emr section but.. a few clicks can be annoying
