If you use the Document Type of Labs then you are prompted for reconciliation just like you are when Reviewing Lab Results when either Filing or Reviewing Documents.
Since Labs likely isn't the best indicator when looking at documents in the Virtual Chart, we suggest using both the Sub-Type and Description to further categorize your Document.
I will leave this idea up though, as it would be nice to choose which Document Types prompt for reconciliation.
