Having the color of a room change in Traffic Manager once a patient has been completed by a physician.

We would like to have the room colors change from white to yellow or any other color that will stand out if the room in traffic manager that is assigned to a physician is empty or a patient has just been completed. We would also like the option to 'Black out" or "fade" out the rooms that are not in use for that day. If the rooms in traffic manager are not assigned to a physician for that day they can be faded out.
