Provider Calendar set as Primary

When clicking on the "Calendar" button, we should be able to set which Calendar we would like opened by setting it as a default. It is very annoying when the doctor asks to see his calendar, and I have to fumble around clicking an extra tab to get to it. Or worse, have him confuse the office calendar with the provider one. They both sometimes contain the same information (for the doctor and I to both do), but at times can be mistaken as he will click on my calendar (office) and think there is nothing else scheduled for him. I know its just one extra click, but for our office - he has so much going on, and he is in an out so often, that it would be nice to just click once (numerous times a day) to see what hes doing.
