Adjust window position editing Medical History bar from the Surgical/Medical field

For users updating new information from Healthscreen imported data ino Accuro. When entering medical history items from the Surgical/Medical History into the History of Problems field the new dialogue box pops up in a position which hides the date of onset in the left hand column of the Surgical/Medical History Box. I have to reposition the New Edit Window to the left each time to uncover the date information so that this can be included in the History of Problems. A new window postion Left justified would not interfer with imputing data from any box on the right side of the screen.
