"refresh" the '<MHXDOS>" when the encounter note is complete Merged

we would like to see the new script, script change, or new diagnosis added for that day's encounter note. You can choose MSDOS but it will only populate your encounter note if the change was made BFORE YOU DEFINE YOUR NOTE for the day. Our nurses will often call up the template which we will add to but when we finalize it, it will not add the med changes, dx we made. It would be a more accurate note if it would add the changes we made.
