Button to Quickly Add a Form

There is currently an easy way to add a letter from anywhere in Accuro, by pressing F11. It would be very useful to also be able to Add a Form from anywhere in Accuro by having a shortcut button. Right now, the only way to add a form is by going to EMR and then to Encounter Notes. When reviewing my labs in the Labs section, if I need to create a new lab requisition for a patient (who had an abnormal lab result), I need to leave the lab section, go to EMR, go to Encounter notes, and then find the form. The ability to just click a button and add a form would really save a lot of time.
