Search Providor by address or phone

When searching for a Provider in the Address book, a user should also be able to search via the address or other fields in that are available. sometime we do not know the doctors name and this would allow users to find the doctor based on other information.

Address book search is terrible for search. Need ability to search by phone number and/or address. Would be VERY helpful for pharmacy search especially but also for specialists. This is a simple fix and other EMRs have this ability

This would also be helped fro searching fro pharmacies. Netcare lists pharmacies via phone and fax and it would be nice to easily add someone's pharmacy to our charts by searching for them this way.

being able to search via phone number would also be helpful as some clinics/hospitals  can be know by various names

ie   London Health Sciences Centre  or LHSC

You should be able to search the address book on any fields.  The address book needs an overhaul.
