Entering Claims in 'batches'

In HS, there was an option to be able to enter claims and file them under a batch number. You would open a batch, and all claims keyed in during this batch being open would be filed under that batch number. This made for easy sorting of like claims and the ability to find original claims electronically and on paper. We cannot find a similar workaround to accommodate this in Accuro. This site needs the ability to be able to 'group' claims under batches, the batches would increase by 1 every time, and these could be found and reported on easily in Accuro, and the batch number in Accuro would correspond to a batch they use on paper.
