Sending Fax Recipients - Quick Selection of Destination

When I choose a document to fax, I need to click the "+" sign to add recipients. This opens a new window which lets me type in a name and select the recipient. I would like this to be simplified, by having the Search Window built into the fax recipients window. That way I can just type in the name of the person and highlight it to fax to, instead of opening a new window.
