Multiple area codes!!

The trouble I am having is that there are PLENTY of 778 numbers in the lowermainland (where our office is) that are not long distance, but once Accuro sends it out, it automatically marks it as long distance as Accuro has not allowed more than 604 (in our case) to be a local area code. I have mentioned this repeatedly, but nothing has been done. I even know where the line of code is to change it (at least did before we upgraded), but noone bothered to change it. This is leading to headaches in another area with the new upgrade ie: faxes show as not being sent due to being printed (and deleted) out of our server's fax managing program...which also shows red on the daysheet and looks like it's not being done. HELP!!!
