Enhanced use of Metadata - trigger bills, recalls, tasks etc

Accuro uses metadata to link lab reqs with results for speed of reconciliation. Inbasket incoming data metadata may exist that can drive further workflow efficiencies. Example: A pap smear result contains metadata that links it to the cytology requisition form. Could this also trigger user customizable tasks (Next Pap = 3 years), and jurisdiction reporting ( Q-code in ON) , which would then feed into Tracking modules already present , send an email to the patx of results status and next due date then update the (future) Patx Portal etc... all achievable with the one click of the button? re Category for Ideas ..suggest add in "workflow"
