Ability To Mass Re-Assign Tasks When User Role Is Changed

It would be useful to have the ability to re-assign tasks to specific roles. Right now when a users role is changed, the tasks that they had in their previous role disappear. The user would need to have the old role also assigned to them in order to see the tasks assigned to their previous role. It would help if there was an option under users> re-assign tasks so that tasks could either be transferred from one role to another OR a user instance under one role to another. This way if a user had the old role and new role assigned to them we could assign all the tasks from their instance under one role to another.
