Arrived Status should be BOLD to make it easier to Choose from the list Merged

On the Scheduler, I would like it if the the actual drop down list when you right click on an appointment time to arrive a person would have the word "arrived" in bold type or a different color to make it stand out from the other options on the list. This would make it more difficult to pick the wrong option from the list such as "confirmed" or "no show" as we have this happen occasionally.

    Hi Arthur - While not a keyboard shortcut, you could add a Quick Action to your Action bar for "Arrive Appointment"

    Or have the ability to customize drop down and move the arrived option to the top

     

    Or Better yet, create a keyboard shortcut to mark someone as arrives
