Default Display Medical History Dates in Generated Letters

Would like the option of setting defaults for the dates in Medical History in Generated Letters. It takes too many steps currently to add the dates to the Medical History when generating letters, and these steps must be taken each time a letter is generated. Would like the ability to set defaults in the Template Wizard to eliminate having to select the "display single line with details and date" option, that way when a template is chosen the dates will populate automatically without the added steps.
