hold patient when billing multiple dates/ and or change provider for a scheduled claim

When billing holter or treadmills in the claims section we are needing to be able to switch to “holter” or “treadmill” or docs name under providers (while staying on the same pt) when billing multiple codes (as some are billed to the doctor and other codes are billed under holter, for example). This is is a daily occurence as half the docs here are using what is the “technical fee” and the other half are running reports and having to pay fees back to the business. Want option to "hold the patient" and bill for say doc 1 , save & hold, then bill next claim for patient to doc 2 , would also work for rounds seen on different service dates.
