BETA 2013.03 Release Change billing colour - No charge - White text

On the new release we can now change the colour background of the tabs in the claims section ! (Thank you) However if we choose a white background (Probably a preferable choice for most people who work here) and if we NO CHARGE a bill, the text turns white. System either needs to default to another colour test or we should have the ability to change the colour. (the line becomes blank white) Seems as though this is not a bug (according to Optimed support / dev ) so I guess its on ideaspace. Rather silly giving us the ability to remove colour and not allowing us to see a no charge bill
