Make group appointments show/count in reports

With the release of 2013.03, the group appointment function has been significantly upgraded, and this is great and appreciated. However, upon testing these functions and their validity on reporting, it turns out that group apointments are completely ignored in essentially all reports. They do not appear on appointment counts for the day or for the patient, if one of the patients no-shows it doesn't appear in the no show report, and so on. You also cannot choose to add a bill/procedure code to each patients entry in the group appointment, which also renders them useless. They do not appear in the Claims screen, and if you right-click on the DaySheet and choose "View Bill", nothing happens. There are also no options except Go To Appointment when you right-click on the appointment from the F4 screen. The upgrades are greatly appreciated, but unfortunately until this functionality acts in every manner the same as single-patient appointments, it is unuseable. We can't afford to have patient statistics skewed.
