Audit Log - More Detailed Activity Merged

It would be beneficial if the audit logs for tasks showed more detail for the 'Edited Task' activity When we redirect tasks to other staff, we can't tell who this task was redirected to. We can see the date and time stamp but not who it went to. We did search the Tasks/Sent folder and can see who it was assigned to there but if items are inadvertently deleted, then they can't be traced. The audit log would be the best place to do this.
