You can change the font style and size for your status bar. This is a user specific preference.
Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Display > Display
Under Accuro Fonts, change the "Type" to Status Bar Font
Specify you preferred Font, Size, and Emphasis
Click <Apply> > <OK> to save your changes and update your status bar

That would work except that the lettering is so big that not everything you need fits in there.

As a workflow alternative, Next of Kin can be added to the Patient Status Bar.
Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Display > Display
Within line 1 or 2, if you right-click, you can choose Next of Kin and Next of Kin Phone Number from the Patient tag menu. Click <Apply> then <OK>.
