Waitlist Notes into Appointment Details

When adding a patient to the waitlist, our clinic uses the Notes section in the request form a lot. For example, for a new patient referral we write what the patient is coming in for. When we go to book the appointment for the patient to come in, we have to re-write the reason. It would be great if there was a way for the waitlist notes to attach to the appointment details so that we're not writing it out multiple times.

    Definitely! When I choose to book the patient from the waitlist I have to leave the scheduler again to see and note what they are coming in for. The reason for the referral does not transfer to the appointment note.
