Being able to modify date when adding a history problem

when you add a new problem to the history it automatically defaults to todays date. if you Dont want the diagnosis to have a dtae OR if you want to modify it you have to first add it, then go back in to your lost and modify it. We could save about 5 steps (clicks) if we could just modify the date in the same box where we are adding the problem initially!
