Be able to Mask Cancelled appointments

Be able to mask a Cancelled appointment from appearing in the F4 screen. We have multiple offices on our shared Accuro system. When new patients are booked in for an appointment, we tell them about the shared system upon their arrival. The odd time a patient decides they do not wish to visit our clinic due to the shared system. They sometimes further request for all information that has been entered to be removed/hidden. But once we cancel the appointment (because the patient has decided not to attend it anymore), we cannot mask it anymore. We've also had this need come up for a patient wanting all appointments/notes/etc. masked for her encounters with our Social Worker (ie. she doesn't want other providers on the system to know she's seeing the Social Worker). But if the patient happens to need to cancel one of her appointments with the Social Worker, we can no longer mask it, resulting in the clinic having to keep the appointment and mark it some way else as cancelled.
