Deactivating appointment types

Currently, if you no longer want to staff to use an appointment type, the only way to remove it is to delete it. This has severe consequences in that this appointment type is then not available for reporting, and skews all reports of historical appointment information. This is not a valid option, which essentially means you can never remove/hide an appointment type (you'd have to change the name to say something like "Do not use", which is unprofessional). It would be awesome if we had the able to deactivate or hide appointment types, so that they still existing in Scheduling - Preferences, and were available for reporting, but didn't show for end-users to be able to book.
