Split Screen View

I would very much like to see an option where you could keep an Encounter Note window open on one side of the screen, and browse through different documents for that patient on the other. This is to avoid having to repeatedly bring the encounter note window back up from minimized status. something like this seems possible by resizing windows, but it is very awkward and time wasting to have to do this repeatedly. A less desirable solution could be an option to keep the Encounter Note window "always on top." But the automatic split-screen view option is what I would most like to see.
