User preference to turn off "Future Appointment Found" prompt when booking appt

I support a clinic where a patient may have multiple appointments over a time period with multiple providers (see the doctor on Tuesday, the dietitican Thursday, the social worker once every week, etc.). For clinics like this, the "Future Appointment Found" screen can be annoying - almost every patient will have a future appointment, but its not because its a duplicate created by accident. Could a User Preference please be created to allow specific users (like reception who book all the appointments) to turn off this prompt?
