A Way To Reconcile Response Documents To Referral Letters Like you Can For Lab Requisitions

It would be very useful for clinical workflow if there was a way to reconcile incoming letters that are reponses to outgoing referrals. Right now when you send out a lab requistion and the user preference 'show lab requisition reconciliation on lab review' is checked off then there is an option to reconcile the lab if the result comes back so it is removed from outstanding requisitions. It would be handy if the same was made available to reconcile referral letters that have come back with an appointment date for the patient. So the document would be sent in and filed as a certain type ( ie referral response) and then a pop up window would come up asking if this can be reconciled. with an outstanding referral letter. At this time a user has to go to reports> outstanding requisitions, referrals, and orders and select the order and reconcile it.

This is still a very primitive (and should be easily possible) request.  How about, similar to Practice Solutions software, referrals and labs are AUTOMATICALLY reconciled as they come into Accuro as long as they are correctly identified as CONSULT/REFERRAL and by the SPECIALTY.
