Please attach Imported Transcriptions to Encounter Note so it Associates with Apointment

All clinic notes created in the encounter note area will attach itself and turn appointment history RED. Even when we use Dragon software it as well turns red. But when we want to Import Transcriptions under the File drop down (which is built and already provided by you) it will not automatically attach the file and turn the Encounter Note Appointment to Red. This feature makes it easier for a physician to at a glance see that his chart is up to date. We have been having to manually change the DOS on all of these imported transcriptions. Very time consuming this needs to be fixed.
