Use macros in prescriptions

It would be very helpful, improve care and save time to be able to use macros within the prescription function. I would like to be able to provide standard information in the 'Instructions' tab to the pharmacist for certain medications/families of medications, in some cases it is a short paragraph. It would be much easier/quicker/safer to be able to use a macro for that purpose.

    Admin response

A feature to address this idea is currently scheduled for the 2016.03 iteration of Accuro. Should QHR Technologies be required to reschedule the feature, an additional comment will be added to advise of the new schedule.

Upon release, the Idea will be marked as Complete and QHR Technologies will provide further detail on the implemented solution.

Macros can now be used in the Fax Cover Sheet, SIG Instructions, Prescription Comments and in the Traffic Manager Notes Field.
