QHR Product Ideas

I would like one line per problem, with details, with dates: the same way that we can format our referral letter background information. I would like to be able to edit within the summary to exclude or add certain details, like specific medications within a generated list, or problems list. The Print Chart should be revisited with a view to how it is to be used: 1) Transfer records to another doctor requires barebones brief information; 2) Medical legal requests do not warrent OTHER Third Party information that currently is included; They want all pertinent MEDICAL data. They do not necessarily get access to information provided to other Third Parties, or forms filled for other agencies. 3) Life Insurance requests which may not warrant listing problems or life events which do not affect insurability (ie PHx of abuse). The Life Insurance also often request a SUMMARY of each patient visit: what was the problem, for how long, diagnosis, treatment/investigations? There is currently no good way of pulling this information from Accuro easily or effectively. 4) Lawyers and insurers often want to know what drugs were prescribed, when, when they were changed, cancelled etc.
