Mandatory Note Feild When Refunding A Private Claim

It would be very useful if there was an option that could be turned on or off for it to be mandatory to create a note when refunding a Private Pay Claim. Patients> Private Billing>Note feild on bottom right could be mandatory to enter a reason when doing a refund or refund (correction). Or kind of like when an appointment is cancelled and a reason is needed. This would help keep track of accounts a bit more. When a claim is refunded it can be deleted so when going into the audit logs a system admin would be able to see the reason that the claim was refunded.
