Printed Invoice Should Show PHONE & FAX of Insurer

At this time the Invoice does not show the Phone & Fax number of a Private Insurer. These should be pulled into the invoice from the fields they are entered into in Manager Insurers.

    As indicated in the comment below, invoices can be edited in the Form Editor to include the fax and phone number if desired.

    Invoices can be edited in the Form Editor and the Fax and Phone Number can be added as components.
