Group Appointments In Traffic Manager

It would be helpful if patients arrived for group appointments showed up in the traffic manager. Our large clinic books a lot of appointments requiring an MD & RN. Currently, we are forced to book separate appointments for each provider so that our administrative staff handling traffic can detect the patient's arrival. This opens the door to sloppiness. A patient may call to cancel/reschedule their appointment, and only one of the two appointments gets changed. Or when the patient checks in, only one of the two appointments gets marked as arrived. But sloppiness aside, this also means that EMR clinical note entries for the appointment get linked to separate encounters, when in reality it was a single encounter that occurred. Is it possible to have group appointments show up in the traffic manager?
