tag surgery billing codes to turn patient name a different color or just bolded to easily visually identify pre and post of billing rules

we should be able to tag billing codes specifically surgery billing codes to a post up button that would allow that particular patients name to change color even if only bolded for a specific time frame ie 6 weeks and 1 day. This would identify the patient in the billing screen that these patients need to be billed by post op rules until that time frame has passed. When the time frame passes then the name returns automatically to regular color.
