Header image should be higher quality/resolution

The header which appears when we select "generate letter" (a scan of our hard copy letterhead) is blurry. I worked extensively with the helpdesk attempting to get a clear header that will look better on hard copy printouts. I e-mailed the helpdesk an image file provided to me by the printer of our stationery, and that didn't help. I snail-mailed (via Canada Post) a hard copy of our letterhead to the helpdesk, and that didn't help. Every version of our header prints out blurry and is almost illegible once transmitted through a fax machine. I would like Optimed to address this issue because it makes our printed letters look unprofessional. Thanks.
