Configure Countries In Patient Demographics

It would be useful if there was a way to add other countries as options in patient demopraphics. At the time the option "other" can be selected. When clinics run reports for private payments etc they cannot see what country the patient is in as it says other. Also when sending an invoice to the patient if needed it may read something like: Huatalca, Other

    It is crazy that this is not a feature, we can't have proper demographics available for our out of province and country patients, other then the U.S.  As a specialist clinic, we see patients from all over the world.  Please correct this, or give us a work around by adding a blank space as an option.
