Waitlisted Procedure but Patient is unavailable until...

A waitlist activation delay feature would be helpful for patients who say they are planning on travelling and will be available any time after...October 15th. I would prefer that they not appear on our waitlist query until after October 15th. Currently we use a global note to indicate patient availability...not a clean workaround. This feature would also be helpful in the case of a patient who requires multiple procedures but must recover from an initial procedure before proceeding with the next it would be great if we could set the delay between procedures before their second procedure showed up on our "to be booked" wait list query. For example bilateral hand surgery might be handled by indicating that the right hand procedure should come up first and once the "Booked Date" has past by 4 weeks the left hand procedure becomes available on the "to be booked" wait list.
