Allow for dropdrown/multifunction/user defined defaults to common buttons and/or user defined buttons

1. allow for custom buttons in the interface for user defined actions (mailto::, taskto::, runquery#::, etc) 2. for common buttons of the interface such as "mail" or "tasks", instead of popping up an interface panel, hold button down, and a list of most common or user defined defaults pops up beside the common button. selecting this default target executes the function immediately, bypassing the standard popup interface. e.g: "Tasks" button; hold it down instead of just clicking it; beside the "Tasks" button a list of 5 most common targets is listed "Bob, Jane, Mary, etc", user moves held-down mouse from the "Tasks" button to the dropdown list to select target of the task, and that executes the task immediately following mousebutton release. This would be useful when going through documentation or labs and just need to forward to the correct users without adding any notes or priorities.
