Bill using Macros with the Multiple Dates option

If you use the Multiple Dates option when in a new bill, you are not currently able to bill a Macro. If you type in a Billing Macro, the multiple dates button will disappear. However, if I type in 2 procedure codes on 2 separate lines, I can still bill with the Multiple Dates button. So the limitation does not seem to be on billing multiple codes with multiple dates, but just using the macro eliminates the option. This should be changed so that you can use a Macro and the Multiple Dates button at the same time to help speed up billing entry.

I will send you an email - it's somewhat new in Alberta so if you haven't updated recently you may not have it yet.

Thanks, Shelley! That is good! Where can I do that? I tried to figure out myself but cannot.

Thank you for the comment with the use case. I notice you are in Alberta - you do also have the ability now to select Multiple Dates and apply a macro (or multiple procedure codes).. This will create claims for each day selected. The caveat being you can only selected a Date Range, not random days.

Use case: the dr has a patient admitted to the hospital. Each day, the dr bills the same 2 procedures on that patient for the 10 days the patient is in the hospital. The user can select "apply to multiple days" in the billing dialog, and choose the dates to apply that bill to (days may a range OR random days), such that the user can bill multiple days on the same patient without opening a new billing dialog for each day.
