Ability to display Master Number, SLI, Suffix and admission date in Daily Claims and Unsubmitted Claims

It would be helpful to have Master Number, SLI, Suffix and Admission date as available columns to display in Daily Claims and Unsubmitted Claims Tabs. This ability would reduce the number of errors and rejections for missing or incorrect values.

    And it would be helpful if the location (master number) could also be displayed in the Quick patient appointments view (F4). Right now, it says location, but the field does not populate with the necessary information.
