The prescribing functionality needs to include an option for the 'Indications' to be included on the printed prescription as Nurse Practitioners are required to assign an indication for every prescription

Currently when you add the Indication in the prescription, it does not appear anywhere else on the client's file or on the print our for the Pharmacist. Also, if the Indication entered linked similarly to the diagnosis linking, then providers would only need to enter the information once in the system and it would appear on the printed prescription if desired as well as linking the medication to the applicable diagnosis (without having to turn on the user preference to prompt the user to link every single medication).
