Alert/Pop-up reminders for certain bookings, i.e. Teleconferences

At times, when we have teleconferences booked, it's easy to get caught up in other work and then not notice that you are late to place the call for your doctors conference call. I wonder if, like Outlook, it would be possible to add some sort of pop-up or alert function. I think this would be helpful to a lot of MOAs for a number of different reasons, and not just teleconferences. It would mean not forgetting a certain appointment or just reminding yourself that at such and such time you need to do something. If you are working in another program, outside of Accuro, it would be great if that pop-up/alert could just come up in whichever screen, or have the Accuro program come up if it was minimized.
