Be able to add 'Notes' column to F4 Appointment screen

We would like the ability to be able to add the "Notes" column (ie. Internal Note on the Claim Details screen) to the F4 Appointment History view. This provides valuable information sometimes, and users aren't even aware the note is there unless they go into Claim Details.

    This is especially valuable for "Billing only" sites, that don't necessarily have access to the EMR that may have small information that would normally assist the clinic
