Add Additional/More Room in the Note Section of the Waitlist

The note section of the waitlist becomes cluttered and hard to read when constantly updating it with information on who called when, what was said and discussed, what the next step is going to be, and becomes very hard to read. It would be very beneficial to have additional room or another section of the waitlist to add calling information so to not clutter the notes section, which is also used for additional information on the appointment, not just the calls being made.
