Create a form that can pull a specific clinical note into the form

We have a group of physicians that interpert ekg/stress tests. They currently dictate the results which are then uploaded into the clinical notes section of the EMR as a specific note type. These results/reports then need to be printed off (we do through Virtual Chart to ensure a patient demographic header is included in the printed note(reportin or case!). I have been able to create a query for the list of patients and it would be absoultely fabulous if we could then select an action to print form rather than go into each patients VC to print the report. PROBLEM IS YOU CANNOT CREATE A FORM WHERE YOU CAN PULL A CLINICAL NOTE INTO IT! Any suggestions on a more efficient work around would be appreciated, better yet vote yeah to allow a clinic note to flow into forms.
