Add/Remove Reasons from Cancellation List

Customers would like to have the --Manage-- option in the Reasons dropdown of the Cancellation List. Currently you are able to add new reasons by creating a new entry on the list, but it would be beneficial for the User to be able to click manage in the dropdown without having to add a patient to the Cancellation List in order to add the new Reason.

    A "manage" button is urgently needed here!  We seem to have about 50 or so reasons now, and can't get rid of a single one!  I've looked everywhere on how to do this, and there are no answers!

    I also would like the option to add and remove reasons, unfortunately the module is not being used to the best of it's ability because staff is using the reason section as a note section. Now our module contains numerous unusable reasons that were patient specific. Would be nice to see two sections,  one for type of appointment, ie Consult, Follow up, Main OR etc.... and a second tab for a simple note section. With the appointment type being controlled by Moderators as to stop duplicate entries and non necessary fields being created.

    I would also like to remove reasons we no longer need using the Manage button (if there was one). The reasons list should be pretty generic, but in our early days after going live we added some very specific reasons that applied to only 1 patient and that we will never need again-but we have no way of getting them off the list.
