Have "Delete, Save and New, Save and Close, and Cancel" Buttons available in created History Bands

Customers would like the "Delete, Save and New, Save and Close, and Cancel" Buttons available in the History Bands that they have created themselves. Currently these options are available within the Medical History Bands that come with Accuro, but not in Medical History Bands that they create themselves.

    The <Delete>, <Save and New>, <Save and Close> and <Cancel> buttons are available for Regular Custom History Bands.

    To clarify, to are wanting them to be options for the Free Text, Tracking, and URL bands as well? Or a specific one(s)?
