Automated pop-up/prompt for multiple no shows before booking appointment

It would be useful if Accuro had an automated feature for notifying staff that a patient has had multiple no shows. In our clinic, if a client no shows for multiple 30 or 60 minute appointments, we have a policy of only booking them for 15 minute appointments until they can prove they show for 15 minutes, before we'll book a 30 or 60 minute appointment again. Using the global or role-targeted pop-ups doesn't work well, as not only is it manual to add the message, but then a user must delete the message once the no shows are far enough in the past and the patient has begun attending again. It would be nice if either - 1) you could set a user preference to have a pop-up appear when you go onto a patient account that has a set number of no shows within a set time period (ex. 2 no-shows within last 3 months), or 2) the appointment history appeared in the empty space between the patient demographic info and the calendar on the right side of the Scheduler. This way it would be a quick view for the staff member booking appointments to see if they've had no shows recently, as opposed to having to press F4 which just isn't realistic given how busy admin staff are.
